Our goal is provide excellent customer service and quality used or new/used parts. Please remember that used parts are just that (USED) and are not to be considered new. All used parts are to be considered good usable condition, unless listed otherwise. They may have imperfections, scratches, and some rust. New/Old Stock is a new part that is, in most cases, no longer available (NLA) new from a dealer and has been on a dealers shelf for years. Reproduced parts will be listed as such.

1. Shipping times. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received or clears, not counting weekends and holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday do not ship until Monday or Tuesday. Please allow 3 – 9 business days for delivery after we ship. If part or all of your order is back ordered and a delay is expected, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. 

All orders are shipped via ground services except where otherwise noted. Orders CAN NOT BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX. You must provide a street address. Our shipping prices are for the lower 48 states, please e-mail for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. 

2. Returns. In the event a part needs to be returned, please contact us for authorization. No returns will be allowed after 30 days from invoice date and no returns will be accepted without authorization. We do not refund shipping costs and all returns must be returned with prepaid shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns, unless the error is ours and in that case, all shipping costs will be refunded. Please be sure the part fits your application before purchase. 

3. Guarantee. We will refund or replace defective parts at our discretion, except electrical parts. All  electrical parts are sold as is. Our guarantee on used parts is 15 days from invoice date and the defective part may need to be returned for inspection. 

4. Payment and pricing. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. We accept most major credit cards, money orders, and good checks. All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee and we do go after all bad checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors contained within this site.

5. Order Acceptance Policy. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute our offer to sell. PattonAcres.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
